Also, very important to note that they are right here in Sylvania and will come and meet with you at your home or office if needed unlike other agencies that you can only talk to someone over the phone who is never even in this city much less know what you are talking about regarding specifics about your community. This is especially helpful when your agency wants to get values on items or property to insure you properly but only you can talk over the phone.
